- Complete (transactions, large subset of ansi sql)
- Already has a module, DBD::SQLite

- Dbish works OK
Compiles out of the box on SCO derivatives (includes *nix and MS windows, may include your cat)
Can integrate into dbish
Can integrate into DBI/DBD
